Lexx Software Co. Ltd. operates exclusively as a technology service provider. We do not:

Operate a cryptocurrency exchange
Act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary

Execute trades on behalf of clients

Users connect their own exchange accounts via API keys they control. All trading activity occurs directly on the user's chosen exchange.

5. Regulatory Notice

Lexx Software Co. Ltd. is a SaaS technology provider, not a regulated financial services entity.

Not a CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider): We do not fall within the scope of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA — Regulation (EU) 2023/1114) because we do not provide crypto-asset services as defined in Article 3(1)(16) of MiCA.
Not a financial institution: We do not hold any licence from the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), nor are we required to hold one for the provision of SaaS trading interfaces.
No AML/KYC obligations: As a SaaS subscription service, we are not a designated obliged entity under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (Cap. 373, Laws of Malta) or Directive (EU) 2015/849.
No investment advice: Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, financial recommendation, or solicitation to trade. Users make their own trading decisions.

Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction when using our platform.

6. Consumer Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us at legal@lexxsoft.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your Member State of habitual residence.

We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
